The apartment was spacious with a comfortable queen-size bed and a generous bathroom featuring a big bathtub, making for a cozy retreat. Plus, the underground parking was a lifesaver, providing easy access to our loaded car in just a few minutes via elevator.

The kitchenette was a letdown. it had minimal supplies, lacking essential items like plates and cutlery, which made self-catering impractical. There were also issues regarding inconsistent cleanliness, with some reports of dirty floors upon arrival. Lastly, while the breakfast options were decent, they lacked variety, and guests faced extra charges for using the gym, which was not clearly communicated.

A clear improvement needed on kitchen supplies!!! Inadequate room furnishings like only one chair for doubles is frustrating!!! Major cleanliness issues like dirty floors cannot be overlooked!!! Communication about gym fees should be clearer!!!

Our stay was highlighted by a quick check-in process and a spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure. The local shopping centre across the street made it easy to grab snacks and essentials during our visit.

The location is excellent with easy access to shops and transport. Room was immaculate and cleaned daily, making for a pleasant retreat after exploring.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to the subway and close to a shopping center, which made exploring Berlin incredibly easy.

Had a fab time during my 4-night stay! The room was super clean, and the bed was really comfy. Loved having a nice café nearby for quick snacks and meals. The staff was super friendly and gave great tips for exploring Berlin. Only thing was, the fridge could've been stocked a bit better for late-night munchies.

Just a balanced option for shopping in Berlin with very good value for money. The powerful shower made mornings refreshing and enjoyable. Bring your own cutlery if you plan to eat in.

had a wonderful stay at ocak apartment & hotel. the location is super convenient, just a quick walk to the subway. the room was clean and provided a lovely atmosphere. the staff was exceptionally kind, making our experience even better. it was great to have access to good coffee nearby and be close to attractions.
